Crestmark Home Services is a property-first home maintenance company serving the Fraser Valley. The site pairs a monthly membership program with a friction-free booking journey, so homeowners can choose a plan, understand exactly what is covered, and lock in recurring service without phone tag.

How the build came together.

Mapping the membership model
We started from the business side: which plans exist, what each tier includes, and how pricing scales across properties. That map drove the information architecture — plans became pages, coverage became comparison tables, and the signup path was reduced to a single repeatable flow.

Building the membership layer
Paid Memberships Pro powers plan checkout, account management, and gating of member-only pricing. The checkout was tuned to feel like part of the site rather than a bolted-on store, with clear labels at every step.

Removing booking friction
Simply Schedule Appointments handles recurring visit scheduling. Booking was wired directly into the member journey, so new members can schedule their first visit immediately after checkout — no extra emails, no waiting.

Design system in Elementor Pro
The visual language is built on an Astra child theme with an Elementor Pro design system: one card style, one button scale, one set of section rhythms, reused everywhere. Green (#8CC63F) is reserved for actions and accents so it always signals the next step.
